Residual value of assets in India.

Hi experts,

While we are uploading the assets from legacy to SAP the all old assets should have to maintain residual value of 5% on asset value. this is as per indian govt act. Kindly explain me how to configure this in SAP. and how the system calculate the depreciation on 95% value of asset.
