J1AI t code error- Depreciation area xx not a parallel currency area for area xx

Hi Experts,

We have recently created a new depreciation area to cater to inflation accounting for a particular country.

We have also created the inflation indexes and assigned the appropriate factors.

When we execute the t code j1ai to post the inflationary values, however, we get the error that " Depreciation area xx is not a parallel currency area for area xx".

What could be the reason behind this error? Is there any particular node that we have to check, or are we missing something?
