Acquiring Lease asset with Downpayment

Hi Friends,

We are trying to implement lease accounting in fixed asset module without any integration with CRM.

I was trying to look for an option where the downpayment made for acquiring the leased asset can be capitalized along with the present value of future monthly/periodic payments.

But I do not see any option for the same. Can someone shed some light on the same if he/she has worked on similar requirement.
